Me and Bear Hanging Out With Tara

Me and Bear met up with Tara at her place. We were hanging out near the park by her house. Me and Tara were sitting on a bench and talking. I told her about what I've learned so far about our current situation.

"While searching for a vet for Bear last night, I found out that we're in Chilliwack, British Columbia," I said to Tara. "And the year is 2001."

"So, we're in the world of the far past," she replied. " How can this possibly be the year of 2001 though?"

"Yeah, I'm trying to grasp onto the thought of that myself," I said. "We're 17 in Chilliwack 2001 right now, but we were 22 in Willow Creek 1994."

"That is just so bizarre, Ricky," Tara replied. "Also, this is clearly a different world of the far past than the one we were in the last time."

"It is indeed," I said. "I've been pondering on this, and I think we might be in the past that we lived in at one point in time."

"Do you think that the world of the far past that we're in now might be connected to the experiences that we had during the last time we were in the world of the far past?" Tara asked.

"It's quite possible," I replied. "But the year being 2001 is sure quite puzzling."

After talking about the world of the far past for a bit, I told Tara about what I discovered about Brindleton Bay.

"When I took Bear to the vet in a community called Brindleton Bay, I discovered that it was the same Brindleton Bay where me and you had our first kiss back in 1993," I told Tara. "Initially, I thought it was a community that just had the same name."

"Well, that just makes everything even more strange," Tara replied. "There was no such thing as Chilliwack back in Willow Creek 1994."

"I know," I responded. "Chilliwack has only ever existed in the world of the far past, British Columbia."

"I guess the question is, what exactly is Willow Creek then?" Tara asked.

"That's a good question," I replied.

Me and Tara continued to talk about our current situation, and then Bear interrupted us.

"Hey, buddy," I said to Bear as I petted him. "How are you doing?"

Bear wiggled his tail and barked.

Tara turned towards Bear. "Aww, he's so adorable."

"Yeah, he's a pretty cool dog," I said. "I completely forgot that we had him in the past, but I can't remember hardly anything of my past."

"Well, I forgot that I didn't even have a bed in my past," Tara replied. "My mom has the bed, and apparently, I've been sleeping on the couch."

"What?!" I responded.

Tara smiled at me. "Yuppers, no bed!"

"That's awful!" I said.

Me, Tara, and Bear are still just chillin in the area. I'm tempted to ask Tara if she wants to do some exploring, but I think it's probably best to save that for another day. We can start doing some exploring after we take a little more time to try and comprehend the reality that we're currently in.

Logbook Entry:

Me and Tara are having a lovely time hanging out by the park with Bear. Tara and Bear instantly became friends when I introduced him to her. She thinks he's so adorable. You know, as puzzling as our whole situation may be, I have to say that I am enjoying being young and in the past again. I think Tara feels the same way too.
